Featuring handcrafted Made in Maine furnishings influenced by Shaker, Arts & Crafts, and other traditional American designs. Each article has been developed with great care to balance functionality, aesthetics and value. Our pieces are primarily crafted from cherry, chosen for its stable nature, its workability and sheer beauty. Every Katahdin product is handcrafted one at a time with the most appropriate joinery methods. Finishes are hand rubbed in the tradition of fine woodworking.
OUR PLEDGE
If you are not totally satisfied with the purchase of any Katahdin crafted product, you may return it within 30 days for a complete refund. Furthermore, over the years we will replace or repair any Katahdin product that fails because of materials or workmanship. Custom work is not refundable, but satisfaction is guaranteed.
HOW TO ORDER
To place an order, you may use the interactive features of this electronic catalog, or you may call our toll free number 1-888-783-2969. If you prefer, you may fax your order to the same toll free number. And of course, you may order by mail. We do process payment on the website but be aware that our items are made to order and the larger items may take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. We will be in touch to confirm your order and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
PayPal gladly accepted. If you call to place your order, we can process MasterCard and VISA.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping Fees will be added to your order accordingly. We ship most USA orders by UPS. Next Day and 2-Day service is available at an additional charge. Most items over $2,000 have shipping included in the price - this will be noted in the item's description. Please call us with any special requests or instructions.
Appropriate shipping for international orders can be billed to credit card orders, or give us a call at 1-207-783-2969 for an estimate. All international orders must be paid in US funds. We will combine and ship multi-item orders when appropriate. Any resultant savings will be credited to your order.SALES TAX
Maine residents please add 5% sales tax.
